Italian garden party attire. Elevated but comfortable. Flowy silhouettes, tailored separates, floral patterns, bright colours, and breathable fabrics such as linen, silk, cotton, and satin all work beautifully for the setting. Comfortable sandals or block heels are perfect for walking on grass and garden paths. As long as you arrive feeling comfortable and ready for a spritz, you’re all set!
Wedding Day
Wedding-formal attire. Structured or flowy dresses in midi or long lengths, tailored jumpsuits, or elegant separates are perfect too. We suggest breathable fabrics, with anything from bold colours and romantic pastels, to floral or pretty prints. Stylish wedges or block heels are recommended for the gravel and cobbled paths. As July can be hot, we recommend something that keeps you comfortable from daylight right through to dancing!
Recovery Gathering
Beach-club wear. We’ll be spending the day by the water, so feel free to wear easy summer pieces such as light dresses, cover-ups, shorts, or anything you’d enjoy lounging in by the lake. Don’t forget your swimwear if you’re planning a dip or a bit of paddleboarding! Flip-flops or sandals are probably ideal. The shoreline is very pebbly, so water shoes are a good idea for anyone keen to swim. The venue becomes more lively as the evening goes on, setting the scene for drinks at sunset to close out the weekend.
Men
Welcome Party
Smart-casual, relaxed attire. Think garden-party staples such as short-sleeve shirts, chinos, smart shorts, linen shirts, polo shirts, and other light, easy pieces. Loafers or trainers are great for the garden paths.
Wedding Day
Wedding-formal attire. Linen suits, lightweight blazers with smart chinos, or tailored summer trousers all work perfectly. We recommend cooling fabrics like linen, cotton, or other breathable blends to keep things easy in the heat. Ties are optional, feel free to wear one if you’d like, but an open collar is just as appropriate. Dress shoes, loafers, or smart trainers are ideal.
Recovery Gathering
We’ll be by the lake, so T-shirts, swim shorts, and easy beach-club wear are all perfect for the day. There will be the opportunity to swim and paddleboard for those interested. Just a heads up, the shoreline is very pebbly!
