Do I have to attend all 3 events?
Not at all! The Welcome Event and Recovery Event are completely optional. We’d of course love to see you at the additional events, but we understand this means extra days abroad, so please just do whatever works best for you.
Are children able to attend the wedding?
We kindly request no children at the wedding venue, with the exception of babies in arms. We hope you understand and are still able to celebrate with us.
Can I park at the venues?
Yes. All 3 venues have on-site parking available.

How do I book a taxi?
You can find a list of contact details for taxis on the Area Page. One of the easiest ways to contact them is using WhatsApp.
What is the wedding menu?
Our menu begins with an Italian aperitivo from around 5pm. This includes a buffet of cold meats, cheeses, olives, and seasonal bites, along with a few grilled dishes. Dinner will follow in the traditional three-course Italian format: a chilled starter, a pasta course, and then the main dish.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
Early July is generally warm, with daytime temperatures around 27°C. We recommend airy clothing, hats, and sunscreen for the weekend
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space and budgeting, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. Our celebration is RSVP only, and we can only host those named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
How will transport work on the wedding day?
Transport will be provided to and from the wedding venue, with designated pick-up and drop-off points. We know not everyone will stay until the very end, so return shuttles will run at a few different times. If you’d prefer to leave outside those times, we recommend pre-booking a taxi, as they can be difficult to secure on demand. Taxi details can be found on the Area Page.
Will transport be available for the Welcome and Recovery Events as well?
Yes, transport will be provided for both events, with pick-ups from Colmegna and Luino. We’ll update this page with exact times and locations closer to the date. If you’re staying in either Colmegna or Luino, please let us know so we can ensure you have a seat on the coach. If you’re staying elsewhere, we recommend arranging a taxi in advance (details can be found on the Travel Page).
